Wildfire Games put in WW2 fighter planes just to show that the game engine can support flight. They are modelled after a P-51 Mustang Fighter Bomber. They do not appear in regular gameplay and cannot be trained.
There is only one way to get one while playing a match. To do this, type "how do you turn this on?" in chat.
